Installation¶
Stable release¶
To install fzf-wal, run this command in your terminal:
$ pip install fzf_wal
Your python version must be 3.6 or higher.
This is the preferred method to install fzf-wal, as it will always install the most recent stable release.
If you don’t have pip installed, this Python installation guide can guide you through the process.
To install fzf-wal to your path, you can use pipsi, which will create a script in ~/.local/bin.
Alternatively, for arch linux users, fzf-wal can be installed from aur.
From sources¶
The sources for fzf-wal can be downloaded from the Github repo.
You can either clone the public repository:
$ git clone git://github.com/shanedabes/fzf_wal
Or download the tarball:
$ curl -OL https://github.com/shanedabes/fzf_wal/tarball/master
Once you have a copy of the source, you can install it with:
$ python setup.py install
